• Conduct comprehensive analysis of ESG factors to identify whether projects can be classified under green/sustainable finance and provide recommendations to make the project green/sustainable, if applicable.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on sustainability practices, emerging ESG trends, and due diligence procedures in sustainable finance.

• Support stakeholders with research and tool creation to enhance sustainable finance project execution and product development. Craft strategies for project delivery.

• Undertake capacity building sessions and produce deliverables (e.g. training content, pitches, case studies).

• Prepare written materials, including but not limited to memos and letters and send to internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure proper documentation process for both pre and post approval of a loan and meeting the audit compliance in regards to sustainable finance.

• Build rapport and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including regulators).

• Provide support on special projects and assignments, particularly those aligned with IPDC’s broader mission and goals in the realms of ESG and sustainable finance.

• Perform all other interdepartmental duties assigned by the Management.
