Nasreen Sattar is a member of Board Executive Committee of IPDC. Ms. Sattar is an international banking professional having over twenty-three years’ experience. Her last assignment was as CEO for Standard Chartered Bank, Afghanistan where she successfully led the Bank over challenging and difficult times. She not only grew business but more importantly developed the local human resources. Subsequently she was engaged with an international consulting team assisting in the merger operations for another large private bank in Afghanistan. Her principal focus was organization planning and people development. Her experience in challenging circumstances has helped her to understand how the human mind of individuals in a corporate world works, and the need for development of their potential untapped skills. She is currently a consultant involved in Training & Developing professional women in enhancing their leadership skills, aspirations, achieving goals, discovering their own strengths and exploiting them. Lack of proper customer care is a major issue in most organizations; and Nasreen also imparts to her trainees the valuable skills and techniques of how to care for customers and deal with them under all situations.
