IPDC and BSCMS to organize 'Bangladesh Supply Chain Excellence Awards 2018'


IPDC Finance Limited, the first private financial institution of Bangladesh established in 1981, today has arranged a press conference on Bangladesh Supply Chain Excellence Award (BSCEA) 2018 with Bangladesh Supply Chain Management Society (BSCMS) in association with The Daily Star at The Daily Star Centre, Dhaka.  The main objective of this press conference was to share more insights about the award ceremony.

BSCEA 2018, one of its kind recognizes outstanding individual and organizational contribution in advancing Supply Chain Knowledge and Practices across the industries that operate in Bangladesh. ISCEA (International Supply Chain Education Alliance), Bangladesh will be the knowledge partner for the event. Awardees will be recognized on the basis of their high impact contribution during 2017 in various areas of Supply Chain Management in Manufacturing and Service Organizations. Supply Chain Professionals, Young Professionals and Business organizations will be invited to participate in this prestigious recognition program by submitting their achievement cases that ran during the year 2017.

BSCEA (Bangladesh Supply Chain Excellence Award) 2018 will be given in 7 different categories. The categories are; Collaborative Supply Chain; Supply Chain Talent Development; Manufacturing Excellence; Supply Chain Finance Management; Excellence in logistics, distribution, transportation & warehouse management; Young Supply Chain Talent of the year and Supply Chain Professional of the year. Esteemed Jury Panel will select 15 Best Cases (05 Individuals, 05 Local & 05 MNC Organization) as the winners for Supply Chain Excellence Awards 2018. Awardees will receive Crest and Certificates as recognition. Besides, young awardees will also receive ISCEA Certification along with the Crest and Certificates. The award ceremony will be held on 21 July, 2018.
