Bonik Barta in association with IPDC Finance arranges roundtable discussion on ‘Challenges and Prospects of Supply Chain Management in Bangladesh’
The discussants focused on the overall scenario of Supply Chain Management in Bangladesh, challenges faced by the SME organizations working as suppliers and distributors in the supply chain system and the necessity of developing a supply chain ecosystem. Dr. Mashuir Rahman, Economic Affairs Advisor to the Honorable Prime Minister was present as the chief guest. Mr. Abdul Mannan, State Minister of Finance and Kazi M. Aminul Islam, Executive Chairman, Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) attended the roundtable as a special guest.
Amongst the panelists included Mr. Mominul Islam, Managing Director and CEO, IPDC Finance Limited; Rezwan D Shams, DMD & Head of Business Finance, IPDC Finance Limited; Dr. Md. Liakat Hossain, DMD, Bangladesh Krishi Bank and Supply Chain leaders from local & multinational companies attended the round table discussion.
