1. How long is this offer available?

1st March – 30th April 2022

2. Who can participate in this campaign?

  • Referral provider must have NID and valid phone number.
  • Employees of IPDC and their close relatives (parents, children, spouse) cannot participate in this campaign

3. What is the campaign modality?

  • For minimum BDT 1,000,000 deposited for minimum of 3 months or above (below 6 months), by a referred client the referrer will receive BDT 2,000 (BDT 200 per lac)
  • For minimum BDT 500,000 deposited for minimum of 6 months or above (below 1 year), by a referred client the referrer will receive BDT 2,000 (BDT 400 per lac)
  • For minimum BDT 500,000 deposited for 12 months or above, by a referred client the referrer will receive BDT 2,500 (BDT 500 per lac)

4. What is the maximum reward that can be earned?

For the entire campaign period one referrer may earn a maximum reward worth BDT 500,000 through one/multiple successful referrals.

5. When will be the referral eligible for reward?

A referral will be eligible for reward if

  • The referred person never had any deposit at IPDC
  • The referred account must be opened before the expiration of the campaign.

6. When will be the reward provided?

The reference provider will receive the rewards within 7 working days of the referred person's deposit being credited to IPDC Account.

7. How to provide referral?

Referrals can be provided by the below mentioned ways

Online: Referrer can click on “Refer now” from this page or click on the link to below and fill up the referral form.

Relationship Manager: You can provide referral through SMS / Email / Whatsapp to IPDC's Relationship Manager. In this case, the name of the referee, Mobile Number and National ID Card number must be provided.

Call Center: The reference provider can provide a reference to the customer care representative by calling the IPDC call center.

Terms & Conditions

1. Referral will be eligible for regular reward only if:
(a) The referred client is new to IPDC and have had no prior accounts with IPDC. (b) The amount deposited by the referred client is BDT 1 million or greater and

deposited for a minimum of 3 months. Or if the amount deposited by the referred client is BDT 0.5 million or greater and deposited for a minimum of 6 months.

2. Prior to a referrer referring a Referred Client to IPDC, they must:

  • Consent to IPDC disclosing their name, and the fact that they are a client of IPDC to such Referred Client.
  • Obtain the consent of such Referred Client to provide their personal data (i.e. Full Name, Cell Phone Number) through email/SMS/Referral Form to RM or dedicated number/email/weblink provided by IPDC. They should also inform each Referred Client of the purpose. The purpose is to use their personal data by providing it to the IPDC for marketing of IPDC's products and services.
  • Inform, and obtain the consent of, such Referred Client to IPDC's representative contacting them via phone and message.
  • Inform the Referred Client that a reward will be accorded to the referrer if these Promotion T&Cs are complied with.
  • Inform, and obtain the consent of, such Referred Client that estimated total value of their Deposit with IPDC would be disclosed to you by virtue of the value of the reward you receive under this Promotion.

3. A referral will only be considered successful once the referred client’s deposit is credited to IPDC account.

4. Rewards are subject to market availability, if a reward is unavailable at the time, then a coupon of equal value will be provided to the referrer.

5. If the Referred Client opens a Joint Account, it will be considered as 1 referral.

6. Gift coupons must be used before the validity period mentioned in the respective coupon. IPDC will not be responsible for any unclaimed rewards.

7. One referrer can claim a maximum reward of BDT 500,000 for a single/multiple new referred clients during the entire campaign

8. In case of premature encashment, applicable penalty on payable interest will be deducted as per policy.
