Ms. Nilufer Nazneen is a government nominated Director by the Government of Bangladesh and also member of the Board Audit Committee of IPDC Finance Limited. She is presently working as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Industries. Ms. Nazneen has joined Bangladesh Civil Service (Information Cadre) in 1991. She has worked in diversified roles and positions in her dynamic career in different government offices e.g., Bangladesh Betar, Department of Mass Communication, Ministry of Public Administration, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Ministry of textile & Jute and Health Services Division of Peoples’ Republic of Government of Bangladesh etc.
