Position Summary: Responsible for administering and stabilizing the servers and networks, branch establishment, Operating IT support function

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Network planning, design, architecture and implementation. Installation of new hardware and integrate with the current environment. Making recommendations for additional resources and equipment. Responsible for managing Network and Security devices and protocols, including configuration of Switches, Wireless Access Point, Router and Firewall and outer network equipment’s.

2. Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, IPS, IDS, applying cryptography to network application, managing host security, file permissions backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity and adding and deleting users. Conduct IT Security awareness program for employees

3. Migration of Operating System upgradation and troubleshooting server OS on Windows and Linux perform. System and Data backup for Domain Controller, Mail Server and File Server.

4. Responsible for establishing IT facility for new branches, including Structured Cabling and network establishment. Coordinate interior to branch LAN cabling.

5. Operate day to day IT operation support and service management. Setting up new users account and profiles and dealing with password issues. Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory service.

6. Responsible for Network maintenance, troubleshooting and support. Installation and configuring of LAN, WAN and Wireless Frequency (WiFi) equipment. Ensure full redundancy of both hardware and network with efficient bandwidth management. Maximize network performance by schedule health checks and upgrades, monitoring performance for network and server stability.

7. Administering DNS and Active Directory environment, including user creation, delectation, modification and implementing different group policies. Applying Operating System updates, patches and configuration changes. Manage, Maintain and Configure IPDC mailing system and mail routing with Microsoft Exchange Server and O365 environment.

8. Manage Central Endpoint Security Management to protect Virus, Malware and unwanted threat and attack

9. Administer IPTSP, IP PBX System and Call Canter. Manage collaboration with IPTST and IP PBX vendor.

Critical Competencies to Perform Job:

  • The incumbent must have strong knowledge in Ethical Hacking.
  • The incumbent has the ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure, resource and application deployment issues.
  • The incumbent must have extreme knowledge in both Windows and Linux perform.
  • The incumbent will able to configure and maintain CISCO, MikroTik and Layer 2 & Layer 3 Devices.
  • The incumbent must have the expertise in troubleshooting critical problems with DNS, MAIL, WEB, MRTG, LOG and Monitoring the servers and network.
