- The pre-order offers of SAMSUNG Galaxy S23 Ultra is available for all customers who do a pre-order of Galaxy S23 Ultra (“Device”) during the period 15th Feb to 28th Feb’23. Galaxy S23 Ultra is introduced at a Price of Taka 197,999/- (12_256GB) & 214,999/-(12_512GB). This Price is VAT Exclusive.
- Please note that this order shall be treated as a tentative order only. In order to confirm his/her pre-order the customer will be required to deposit, within 72 hours of the online order, a sum of Taka 20,000/ for Galaxy S23 Ultra. The delivery schedule will be communicated after booking confirmation.
- Every customer who pre-orders the Device Galaxy S23 Ultra on the above-mentioned portal will be eligible for 15,000/- taka Cashback as gifts during pre-order time. One SMS will be sent to customers as confirmation of 15,000/- Taka cashback.

- This amount is non-refundable. If any prebooker deposit prebook amount but fails to collect his/her device during Prebook delivery timeline, no claims shall be entertained & his/her prebook will be cancelled.
- The payment can be made either online or by visiting the selected authorized distributor outlets.
- Customers will receive a SMS when the device is ready for delivery. Customers are required to save and show the SMS to retails while picking up the device.
- Customers can also avail the interest free EMI facility for making the payment of the remaining amount at the time of delivery. Pre-order customers will be eligible for 18 months 0% EMI for Galaxy S23 Ultra.
- Customers of IPDC EZ will be eligible for up to 24 Months 0% Extended EMI for Galaxy S23 Ultra.

- 1 time Screen Replacement is applicable with discounted price within 1 year of prebook. Customers have to pay discounted value for screen replacement within 1 year of receiving device. For that customer have to pay 50% (discounted value of total Display) cost.
- 1 year for (1 Time Display Discount 50%) will be count based on Handset activation date.
- IPDC EZ is offering 24 Months Cardless EMI for S23 Ultra from selected retails. Loan Approval authority solely belongs to IPDC based on customer profile. To be eligible for this loan, pre-bookers must have minimum monthly income 20,000/ Taka. If Customer’s loan is approved successfully, s/he will be eligible for 24 Months EMI and 10,000/Tk additional Cashback.
